Partners Resources, the financial investment arm of NAI Partners, shut on Routes at 620, a retail property located at 8300 N FM 620 in Austin. The Partners Capital team collaborated with JLL’s Drew Richer to shut the offer, with funding given by Peyton Jones at Veritex Bank in Houston.
Allies acquired seven of the 17 buildings at Paths at 620, which complete 69,037 square feet on 15 acres. While doing so, the platform added some high-profile renters to its portfolio, including Freebirds, MattressFirm, AT&T, and also Summer Moon Coffee. Other proprietors at the advancement include Moviehouse & & Restaurant, Vacation Inn, Whataburger, and also Flores Mexican Dining Establishment.
This acquisition is Partners Capital’s 4th purchase in Fund III and the platform’s 13th offer in general, pressing its portfolio to 1.2 million square feet and greater than 400 lessees. Allies Capital is beginning Fund IV in the following couple of weeks, with plans to elevate $50 million.
