Colliers Brokers $25M Sale of Life Science Redevelopment in Boston’s Seaport
Order Reprints … December 15, 2020
Colliers International has organized the $25 million sale of the leasehold interest in One Au Bon Discomfort Method, a 1.4-acre life scientific research redevelopment opportunity in Boston’s Port area.
The property offers considerable opportunity to include new life science product in a community that is transitioning from a metropolitan safety valve to a significantly well-known life science submarket within the Port. With near to absolutely no openings in Cambridge, life scientific research firms are crowding to expanding Boston districts, such as the Port, South End and Fenway areas.
Frank Petz and John Nasca of Colliers stood for the seller, Panera Bread, in the purchase. The buyer was local proprietor and developer Marcus Partners.
