CBRE has prepared the $69.2 million sale of Timberwood Commons, a 252-unit, market price multifamily community in Lebanon, N.H.
. The area is spread across 42-acres and also contains 5, three-story garden design buildings and a five-story elevatored midrise building. Timberwood Commons uses 10 different system designs including studios, one and two-bedroom apartment residences with a typical size of 847 square feet. The neighborhood includes a free standing club with a business center, community room and gym. The building is situated at situated at 6 Timberwood Drive.
Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin of CBRE exclusively represented the seller, Philadelphia-based Merion Realty Partners, in the deal. The purchaser was an associate of Audubon Capital Partners of Boston.
