The Stubblebine Co./ CORFAC International has marketed 67 Smith Place, a four-acre commercial residential property in the Alewife area of Cambridge. Boston based property designer Cabot & & Forbes (CC&F) got the home for $49.6 million.

The home is composed of three industrial buildings with a mixed 67,000 square feet of industrial space. The residential property lies beside CC&F’s master-planned mixed-use job “The Quad”, a 1,100,000 SF lab and also property development project.
