JLL Resources Markets shut the sale of as well as organized acquisition financing for an eight-property superficial bay commercial profile completing 606,889 square feet within infill markets in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. The group of Stephen Bailey, Dustin Volz, Zane Marcell, Wesley Gilmer and Erin Lazarus functioned on behalf of the seller, Fort Funding.
Birtcher Anderson, in a joint venture with Belay Financial investment Team, bought the portfolio. Furthermore, JLL’s Cullen Aderhold worked with part of the brand-new proprietor to put the five-year, floating-rate acquisition loan.
The 95%-rented multi-tenant profile consists of Manana Organization Park at 2526 Manana Dr. in Dallas; Yard Creek Industrial in Farmers Branch; 4101 Lindberg in Addison; Luke Service Park in Irving; Hickory Company Park in Haltom City; and also 1115 and 1101 NE 23rd St. and also Suffolk Industrial Park in Ft Well Worth. All these properties remain in top infill locations in well-known industrial submarkets near major transportation arteries.
