BioMed Real Estate Secures Approvals for 16-Story MXU Project in Kendall Square

BioMed Real estate has secured authorizations from the Cambridge Common council to create a modern-day mixed-use project in Cambridge’s Kendall Square. The 16-story structure will house significant laboratory space, in addition to specialized interior and also outside public/cultural space.

The structure will consist of a $40 million arts room and an extra $15 million public space and also task location. BioMed acquired the growth website for $50.5 million in 2018 from technology benefactor Glenn KnicKrehm. KnicKrehm had long guaranteed to develop a grand auditorium at the website.
