Berkadia has protected a $74 million loan for the recapitalization of Linden Audubon Park, a 449-unit, gated multifamily community in Orlando.
Integrated in 2017, the neighborhood is established on a 19-acre infill website in Orlando’s Audubon Park. The area is located at 990 Warehouse Roadway and occupies the last buildable multifamily yard parcel of this dimension in the area. The community includes 12 3- and-four story buildings providing a mix of one-, two- and also three-bedroom layout. Community facilities include two resort-style swimming pools, poolside enjoyable bar, exterior kitchen areas, gas grill areas and fire pit, a two-story club with fitness center, recreation room, pet park as well as pet dog laundry terminal in addition to straight accessibility to Cady Way Trail and Lake Druid Park.
