Laura Ouin has earned the reputation a seasoned leader in Dallas, Texas’ business development space. Throughout the span of the last two decades, she has gained extensive hands-on expertise in not only business development, but in technology and marketing solutions.

Currently, Laura serves as the Principal, Mediator, and Business Development Specialist of Third Coast Mediation, an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice. She specializes in a multitude of disputes pertaining to family/divorce/custody and business, technology, marketing and real estate.

As an active listener and avid problem solver, Laura is on a mission to utilize her expertise to facilitate options that will lead to resolutions within a professional, empowered, and confidential atmosphere. Ultimately, she is dedicated to being a go-to Mediator for those who want to preserve time, money and potentially, business and family relationships without necessarily engaging fully in litigation.

Laura has received more than 350 hours of advanced training in family, business and CPS mediation, holds Undergraduate Degrees and Certificates in both Computer Science and Mediation & Dispute Resolution, is a Microsoft Certified Professional with specialty in Internet technology (MCP+I) and completing an additional Bachelor degree in Mediation & Psychology from Thomas Edison State University.

Laura served as a Dallas CASA and is a mediator with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center as well as her church. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Texas Association of Mediators (TAM) and a Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA) Credentialed Mediator.
